Awesome capture, I love the subjects and the colors in this :)

My one issue would perhaps be the ISO settings, it has resulted in some noise showing through. Perhaps use a tripod next time if you were aiming for a fast shutter speed? (Assuming you didn't of course use one this time. If you did I don't see why you needed ISO 400, you could have manually set that shutter speed).

nope it was not an HDR. I did some minor post processing in photoshop (curves)

hehehe~ except for the birds feet, it looks more like an angel.
I like the mix of colors. It's got the cool blue, but also the warm reds and oranges.

I really like the colouruse and the fact that the bird is black on the bright colours and stuff! The bird's kinda weird looking cos of the way his wings are, but there's nothing you couldve done about that lol it's actually kinda cool as well, since everyone has the standard bird-wings in their pictures, and this is different and different is good!! Anyways, what I am trying to say is that this is a really cewl picture =)
